   • Study Progress and Vocabulary: We store words, phrases, translations, folders, tags, learning status, and study statistics that you choose to save within Readolution.

   • Uploaded Books: When you upload EPUB files for cloud backup and synchronization, those files are securely stored in our cloud infrastructure.

   • Technical Information: Basic device and application information may be collected to maintain, secure, and improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

   We use your information solely to provide and improve Readolution, including:

   • Synchronizing your library, vocabulary, and learning progress across devices.

   • Processing translation and language-learning requests.

   • Maintaining account functionality and cloud storage.

   • Improving application performance, reliability, and user experience.

3. Third-Party Services

   Readolution uses trusted third-party services to provide certain features, including:

   • Firebase Authentication

   • Firebase Cloud Storage

   • Google Gemini AI

   These services may process limited information necessary to provide their functionality. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. AI Translation Processing

   When you request a translation, definition, or language-learning assistance, selected text may be transmitted to Google Gemini AI for processing.

   No personal account information, including your name, email address, or account identifier, is intentionally included in translation requests.

5. Data Security

   We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

   We retain your information for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide the service.

   When you delete content or close your account, associated personal data will be removed from our active systems within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law.

   You may delete vocabulary records, uploaded books, and other stored content directly within the application.

   You may permanently delete your account at any time through the application settings. Upon account deletion, your personal information will be removed from our active databases.

   Readolution is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
